After raising a round of funding, Popdeem knew they needed to focus on one thing - the user. Popdeem is a customer–powered marketing solution that strengthens customer relationships, rewarding them for their loyalty and return custom. This innovative social approach helps big brands engage with their customers and uncover what can keep them coming back.

Reimagining UX.

We needed to completely reimagine Popdeem's backend interface. Looking beyond traditional techniques and focus, we had to reapproach how metrics and social traction were presented. We created a focused user experience that championed clarity and performed actions flawlessly.

By any and all metrics, our work with Popdeem was exceptionally successful. Boasting positive praise from multiple customers, they have found multiple successes in user tests with their new interface.
